• The service is not liable for missed tasks or inaccuracies and should not be relied upon for critical decisions without independent verification.
You register for Pam by providing your WhatsApp number. By doing so, you agree to:

• Be solely responsible for the security of your WhatsApp account.
Users under 18 years of age are prohibited from using Pam. If unauthorized users are detected, we will take steps to revoke access.
You agree to use Pam in compliance with applicable laws and avoid the following prohibited uses:
• Illegal activities, hate speech, or discriminatory content.
• Attempts to bypass the AI's safety mechanisms.

All content exchanged with Pam remains owned by you, but you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use this content to operate and improve Pam. This includes using conversational data to enhance AI performance.
Pam is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. Obsidian Wolf is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages related to your use of Pam.
Pam may provide links to third-party sites (e.g., Amazon). Obsidian Wolf is not responsible for the content or services offered by third-party providers.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to Pam at any time for violations of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Pam after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
